The Hippie Shack

My old house was in Gilpin County up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, just above the towns of Golden and Boulder. It was at approximately 9000 ft above sea level and about 5 miles from the Continental Divide. Here is another picture and a peek inside the living room.

As long as I'm talking about the house, I might as well mention the garage that my father and I built. Here is a picture of the framing, another of Dad at work and finally the completed garage.
