Because I was already travelling to Denver last weekend (for a friend's wedding) I was fortunate to be able to attend the PPIR races on Sunday. My first hand experience attending AMA races is limited to the VIR round, so the layout of PPIR was certainly a different beast. Although not as interesting a track, in retrospect it was probably perfect as the first live race seen by my wife a 5 year old son. When they got tired of following me all over the infield as I took pictires of everything we could all sit in the grandstands and watch the racing. Seeing a whole race from one vantage point is something you don't find too often and it certainly makes it easier to follow the action...especially for those new to the scene like my family. Cheers.
