I hope all of you come up for the Cape Breton TT, especially Alan because I'm sure you will be impressed by the circuit, (which I have driven frequently), and the weather which is spectacular for touring and racing at that time of year. I am on the BOD of the Festival of Speed Cape Breton TT and encourage you to come and see for yourself next Sept. Let me know you’re coming and I'll buy you a great Canadian beer or whiskey. See you at the races. Watch for the Cape Breton TT web site coming soon.

Hey Ian and Chris -

Thanks for the comments. I'm not expert on Nova Scotia weather and I did admit that the Gulf Stream keeps things unseasonable warm. Still, the northern lattitudes still have the *potential* for early cold snaps even if its not the norm. That was my point...

Chris - somehow I'm not surprised that you're planning to be at the Cape Breton race. Good on 'ya, for it. If I can make it up there in Sept, maybe I can work as you and Tim's pit help. Definitely keep me posted as your plans come together.

Thanks for the comments, guys!

Yeah, you'd better come and watch. Tim and I have been following this event from the beginning, and are entering asap. We're planning a scouting trip over there sometime between now and March. If you want, I can keep you updated on current news. Long time no see!
