Hey Dean -

Yup, I got the model wrong on the Beemer. I've corrected it. Thanks for pointing it out.

What did you find at the show that you liked?

Having attended the moto show in Seattle the previous week...

* Yamaha- Plus for having a GP bike, almost completely offset by putting it behind a row of cruisers equipped with
improbably large exhaust cans. (Photo from Yamaha's website).

BMW- Alan, did you mean the K1200S instead of the -RS?

KTM- I'll also note that one of the dealers that brought their own KTM lineup to the Seattle show had an LC-8 marked down $2k. Hrm...

Oh, and at the Seattle show, on Sunday, the Cycle World display had everyone's current favorite underdog- Michael Czysz, with his prototype Motoczysz C1. Unfortunately, I decided to attend on Saturday. Drat. Whether he's got a snowball's chance in Satan's living room or not, that's a bike that definitely bends the needle on my Schwing-o-Meter.
