I haven’t ever seen it written up but remember a few different engine tuners talking about it “back in the day”. Your best bet will probably to start asking around and find someone that ran the Speed Triple Challenge. Then see if they can hook you up with their engine tuner to see what they have to say.

I wonder what the specific changes in oiling were for the early Triumphs Speed Triples? Perhaps there is a source on the web for this info?

I’m hoping to make it to one of the rounds here in the South. It’ll be interesting seeing them negotiate tough tracks with that single disc up front though.
