Just wanted to say that you have a terrific motorcycle related blog. Keep up the good work and please please never quit it. I was really enlightened after reading your MotoGP
versus World Superbike comparo. Great Job. That really brings me to my question. How about doing a bike vs. car comparo? Okay let me put forward my opinion as regarding
which series should be compared. From the cars FIA GT Championship? You may ask why? well you see Race bikes are not that different from the 1000cc 14000 euro supersports bikes but prototype sportscars and Formula 1 cars are. They have so much aerodynamic aids(in the form of bodyworks that can never be replicated on production cars). On the other hand FIA GT cars are based on production cars(even though they are extremely expensive supercars which can only be enjoyed by a tiny number of rich people) and their website have a detailed history of results. It seems FIA GT has more tracks in common with world SBK(another great site when it comes to lap times) THAN WITH MotoGP. And its extremely difficult to obtain lap times of past races on the MotoGP website. I have been unsuccessful till now. Perhaps you may try. Either ways it will be great comparo. What do you think? Please let me know
